Yoga Holiday in Italy : 2020
Make a difference to body and mind.
Transformational yoga with Ian, amazing food and beautiful Italian scenery in an unspoiled mountain village not far from Rome.
It’s one of our favourite weeks in the year - lovely place, lovely food, lovely people. Yoga, friendship, laughs, proper rest, Italian scenery, food and drink.
Join us in glorious Italy, Thursday 9th July - Wednesday 15th July 2020. £549 per person*.
This unspoiled medieval village, perched amidst the spectacular mountains and surrounded by olive groves is a perfect place to explore. Close to Rome and Florence, natural hot springs and amazing walks to enjoy in the mediterranean sunshine. Local food, wine, and coffee with warm hospitality - all that the Italians do best.
An historic listed palazzo, once the Count's private residence, situated inside the medieval walls of the village. Rich in history and full of antiques dating back centuries. Enjoy exploring the courtyard, gardens and grounds.
There is a communal lounge and self catering kitchen for you to use.
Breakfast is served daily in the village cafe after the morning yoga class at around 9.30am.
Lunches and evening meals can be enjoyed either at the 2 or 3 local restaurants or by cooking in the shared kitchen. There is a village shop and butcher to buy daily, fresh, local produce.
Ian teaches a flowing yoga style, with focus on the breath, suitable for all levels - including beginners. Each morning at 8am and evenings at 5pm too if liked, we'll practice together to transform our body and settle our minds.
Classes are held in a converted stable in the palazzo.
Included in your stay is a guided Sunday walk with local guides. Use of bikes to explore the area and use of outdoor pool (20 minute walk from the palazzo).
There are several walking and cycling routes in the area and maps are available for you to use.
The days are yours to chill or to explore, this is truly a laid back, peaceful authentic Italian experience.
For an additional charge, there are some extra activities to choose from. Every morning at breakfast Ian will help you to enquire and book any that you're interested in:
* Day trip to the Thermal Sulfar Baths and Wild Sulfar Springs
